City Civil Infrastructure Manager

Description

• Conduct feasibility checks, risk assessments, and value engineering to optimize performance and cost.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and permitting requirements in Mumbai and Maharashtra.
• Review and coordinate design drawings, specifications, and technical reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide regular updates to the Head – City Civil Infrastructure and Advisor – Infra on progress, risks, and resolutions.
• Facilitate adoption of sustainable design practices and smart technologies in civil infrastructure.
• Manage detailed design and engineering of civil systems ensuring compliance with Indian and international standards.
• Support execution of strategic infrastructure plans aligned with city planning and service integration.
• Coordinate with master planners, engineering disciplines, and PMC teams for integrated design delivery.
• Monitor interoperability and technical compliance across city infrastructure systems.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities on technical and execution matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with a Master’s degree in Urban Infrastructure or Planning being optional
• 8–12 years of work experience, including a minimum of 5 years in urban infrastructure delivery in mid to large-scale organizations. The candidate should have experience in managing multi-site infrastructure projects within MNCs, Indian companies, or conglomerates, specifically in the Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors, covering roads, drainage, utility corridors, and public realm. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate execution excellence, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
