- This internship is on site in our Downtown Minneapolis office. Regular and reliable attendance Monday-Thursday (Fridays off) is required.
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with some advanced knowledge of various finance and/or accounting functions (real estate modeling experience will be viewed as an asset)
- Strong analytical and finance skills, with the ability to make sense of and tell a compelling story with numbers
- Interest in the commercial real estate finance industry demonstrated through relevant coursework, internships, or extracurricular activities
