In this role you will lead high‑performance mitigation work, supervise onsite team members, handle documentation, maintain equipment, and be accessible for on‑call duties while supporting warehousing tasks as needed.
- Perform water and fire mitigation, tarping, board‑up, and mold remediation per company and industry standards
- Supervise onsite team members and set jobsite expectations
- Manage job file documentation and report to the division manager
- Keep truck and equipment clean, stocked, and organized
- Remain reachable by phone and participate in on‑call rotation
- Assist with warehousing and facility tasks as needed
- Lead and support teammates when opportunities arise
