This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in leasing flexible and managed workspace across prime Central London locations, working closely with major landlords, operators, and a wide network of occupier advisors.
Contribute to the development of fresh marketing initiatives, including events, digital campaigns and social media activity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with occupier advisors, brokers and other key market stakeholders to drive enquiries and demand.
Support new business development with landlords and flexible workspace operators, and monitor market trends to inform strategy.
Represent landlord assets offering both fitted and managed workspace solutions, engaging with the conventional and flexible workspace markets.
Lead on the leasing of flexible and managed workspace units across Central London.
Oversee marketing materials for each instruction, ensuring effective distribution across digital and traditional channels.
