The System Technical Support at Groupxen is responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and managing Groupxen’s IT infrastructure, including local and wide area networks, servers, and enterprise systems, to ensure maximum uptime, performance, and security across all operations. This role plays a key part in supporting Groupxen’s business continuity by designing and documenting system configurations, managing installations of network and security solutions, maintaining antivirus and enterprise applications, and performing regular maintenance, upgrades, and optimizations.
