Supply Chain Analyst IV- Staffing

Description

• Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce lead times
• Collect, document, and manage account information, including order rhythm, service level expectations, process flows, and ETA data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and procurement planning
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstock situations
• Support import customs clearance processes by ensuring regulatory compliance
• Utilize ERP systems to manage material requirements and production schedules
• Identify and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve supply chain performance

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Analyst IV to fulfill a staff augmentation role with Circet USA’s customer. The role is responsible for establishing a stabilized overseas supply chain by understanding the basics of overseas procurement and enhancing related work capabilities, contributing to efficient resource management by optimizing supply lead time and ensuring timely delivery of materials. It also improves consensus between Sales, SCM, Marketing, and Logistics by mitigating gaps to targets, and drives operational and technological requirements for product group segments for Digital Appliance.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, MIS, IT, or related field
• 5–6 years of relevant work experience
• Strong programming skills in Tableau and Alteryx
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL database management
• Experience with supply chain management software such as SAP or Oracle
• Deep understanding of procurement, logistics, and inventory management best practices
• Comfortable presenting and building consensus with counterparts and customers
• Ability to work in a multi‑cultural business environment
• Experience in home appliances or consumer electronics industry
• Experience managing inventory across multimodal supply chain networks
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs clearance processes
• CPSM certification or equivalent
• Tableau Desktop Specialist or Alteryx Core certification
• Knowledge of applicable shipping and production laws and regulations
