Description

• Coordinate migration and visa processes smoothly through external partners.
• Build credibility fast by learning engineering and power electronics language and applying it in candidate assessment.
• Help with our global search efforts across US and the UK.
• Contribute to culture and collaboration across engineering, production, corporate, and warehouse teams.
• Deliver a clear, timely, respectful candidate experience.
• Partner with leaders to define the real skills, traits, and technical capability needed for their teams.
• Support leaders with foundational people partnering: performance, engagement, planning, and people processes.
• Strengthen Tritium’s employer brand and create market-ready content that reflects who we are.
• Maintain talent pipelines and relationships with universities, students, and industry groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Own end-to-end recruitment across Australia, from sourcing to selection to onboarding handover.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
