The FP&A Senior Manager will play a critical role in global financial planning and analysis, focusing on P&L forecasting and partnering with finance, business planning, product creation, delivery, and HR teams to deliver accurate and actionable insights that support corporate finance objectives.
In this role you will manage financial models that support budgeting and forecasting and coordinate the global P&L planning process across multiple reporting periods, working closely with cross‑functional partners to validate data and drive strategic initiatives.
You will also create reports for senior leadership, analyze performance variances, collaborate on dashboard development with the Business Analytics team, and lead initiatives to improve FP&A processes while training stakeholders on best practices.
- Manage monthly revenue and expense models for budgeting and forecasting.
- Lead global P&L forecasting, coordinating annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to review and validate financial inputs.
- Prepare and present leadership reports highlighting trends, variances, and recommendations.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify future trends impacting forecasts.
- Develop standardized reporting and dashboards in collaboration with Business Analytics.
- Build and analyze Excel and Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Identify and implement FP&A process improvements and train stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance standards.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, at least eight years of finance and accounting experience, advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise, familiarity with ERP and planning tools such as SAP or BPC, and proficiency with data‑visualization tools like Power BI, along with strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Bring 8+ years of finance/accounting experience with strong financial modeling skills.
- Demonstrate advanced Excel proficiency and experience with ERP/planning tools (SAP, BPC).
- Possess excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities; capable of influencing senior leadership.
Benefits
Compensation includes a projected base salary range of $110,000 to $160,000 annually, eligibility for bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package that covers medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer match, tuition reimbursement, and generous paid time‑off policies.
