The Tooling/Shop Helper supports daily operations of the company's tool yard and equipment shop by tracking, maintaining, and servicing tools and small equipment, assisting with inventory control, and supporting fleet and field crews. The role requires a valid CDL, mechanical inclination, computer proficiency, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
Physical demands include occasional exertion of up to 25 lb, frequent exertion of up to 15 lb, and constant low‑level effort, with lifting up to 60 lb requiring two‑person assistance. The job involves standing, sitting, climbing, kneeling, and crouching, and requires good eye‑hand coordination in a shop setting.
