Follow up on all calls, striving to complete every call in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding customers' timelines.
Oversee “Roll Out” training for every office to ensure proper flow; be hands-on in each branch as needed.
Quote additional work created by our service technicians and submit these quotes in the appropriate form in a timely manner to the respective customers accordingly.
Ensure all respective maintenance contracts are correctly set up in Coins and update as required for new rates, revisions, and renewals.
Maintain ownership of each project/service call from start to finish, ensuring timely handling of the project in every phase, including, but not limited to, timely service call initiation, timely quotation of additional work, timely invoicing, and clear communication with all involved parties on the progress of the ongoing project/service call.
