What you would be doing
beverage service

When applicable, acquaint new residents with menu options
Charge all drinks accordingly
Serve residents and guest's beverages as requested per recipes
Clean, sanitize, sweep, mop and remove trash from the bar area as needed to maintain cleanliness
Provide a high level of customer service and promote a fine dining atmosphere
Create a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation among all staff
Set up the bar with garnishes
Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals
Connect and help residents transition from home to community through thoughtful engagement at every level of interaction
Adhere to Quality Enhancement standards and standard food safety practices
Remove used glassware from bar area
Work closely with the Executive Chef and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food, beverage, and dining programs
Takes and delivers accurate drink orders to residents and guests
Attending Pre-Meal stand up held for all dining and kitchen staff
Maintain inventory of all products

One (1) year prior bartending experience required
