Description

The position focuses on civil snagging of apartments and common areas, preparing checklists, conducting regular site inspections, and reviewing the work of subordinate staff. You will submit daily snagging reports, monitor budgeting controls, SLA’s and KPI’s for Brightstone and outsourced agencies, and maintain service level agreements with high performance scores. Additional duties include managing vendor quotations and invoices, ensuring timely cost‑sheet submissions, coordinating monthly vendor meetings, handling major complaints, and guaranteeing that work permits and safe practices are in place.

You will assist property and technical managers in risk assessments, root‑cause analysis, and creating corrective, preventive and emergency response action plans, while participating in evacuation drills and the ERT/QRT team. Maintaining engineering reports such as DMR and MMR and collaborating with regional, head‑office and training teams to close required reports are also part of the role. All services are delivered under the slogan “No Safety No Work.”

• Create corrective, preventive and emergency response action plans.
• Participate in evacuation drills and serve on the ERT/QRT team.
• Maintain engineering reports such as DMR and MMR.
• Collaborate with regional, head‑office, SME and training teams to close required reports.
