- Sample suspect asbestos-containing building materials in accordance with AHERA guidelines.
- Senior level industrial hygiene professional responsible for leading complex projects requiring innovative investigation techniques.
- Be responsible for maintaining quality standards on all projects.
- Assist in establishing and updating current policies/ procedures for technical projects in field of expertise, to ensure proper interpretation and implementation by subordinate staff.
- Periodically and as needed, performs routine and non-routine field testing on a variety of projects.
- Supervise the analysis and formation of recommendations in written reports.
- Perform oversight and air monitoring during asbestos abatement projects.
- Promote pre-task planning for all projects
- Responsible for continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects. Monitor and promote quality standards and practices.
- Responsible for providing consistent quality standards
- Lead safety efforts for team and ensure team follows safety rules and guidelines. Responsible for creating and modeling a safe work environment; demonstrates safety practices.
- Provide technical direction and training to less experience professional staff.
- Performs site visits, observations, screenings and surveys
- Participate in the development of marketing strategies and presentations of qualifications to clients on projects.
- Serves as a Terracon Authorized Project Reviewer.
- Serve as Project Manager accountable for meeting/exceeding client expectations while the project team delivers on scope, schedule, and budget.
