Description

• Phone communication with peers and technicians
• Maintain an organized, fast‑paced schedule and dispatch technicians to jobs
• Track certificates of insurance and manage deliverables for completed jobs
• Create billing information (BIS) and provide documentation for service tickets
• Assist the Project Manager with daily operational, logistical, scheduling, and billing tasks
• Create and maintain project files while upholding company quality and professionalism
• Follow all project safety requirements

Requirements

Wachter is currently accepting applications for a Dispatcher with industry experience in large single‑site electrical operations to work in the Lowell, AR office. The role involves dispatching service tickets and providing administrative and operational support, and ideal candidates are eager to learn new skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, and databases
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM and multitask efficiently
• Availability Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm (day shift with occasional overtime)
• Network troubleshooting and Cat‑5/Fiber knowledge a plus
