Kitchen Porter

Overview

Maintain kitchen cleanliness, wash dishes, and support kitchen staff in a high‑volume food hall.

Tasks

-Follow all food hygiene, health and safety, and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations. -Replenish stock such as paper towels, cleaning supplies, and chemicals. -Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly. -Keep all kitchen areas, including floors, walls, surfaces, and storage areas, clean and hygienic. -Distribute clean plates and crockery back to the 5 kitchens -Ensure rubbish and food waste are properly disposed of, including recycling where applicable. -Wash and sanitise dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils both manually and with dishwashers. -Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and safely stored.

What You Bring

English will be the primary spoken language; however multi-lingual skills would be warmly welcomed. -Adaptability, creativity & positivity.
