Distribute clean plates and crockery back to the 5 kitchens
Ensure rubbish and food waste are properly disposed of, including recycling where applicable.
Wash and sanitise dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils both manually and with dishwashers.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and safely stored.
