Candidates must have 15+ years of relevant roadway project experience, a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, and a proven record of winning and delivering work locally. They should possess comprehensive knowledge of the full lifecycle of roadway projects, relationships with local agencies, and experience writing proposals, scopes, and budgets.
Project Managers/Practice Builders are expected to transition work to qualified staff, grow and mentor teams, and act as positive leaders. The successful candidate will enjoy significant autonomy to direct and grow their business, with the potential for a lucrative bonus program and future ownership.
