Description

The leader will drive market expansion, manage design and delivery of projects profitably, and handle marketing, client engagement, and practice growth in local and surrounding markets. Leadership duties include operating with integrity, providing vision and strategy, setting goals, building client relationships, maintaining open communication, and mentoring staff.

• Expand roadway practice and market presence in Salt Lake City.
• Lead complex engineering design, marketing, and client engagement.
• Manage design and profitable delivery of projects while addressing design issues.
• Operate with integrity and provide vision, business planning, and strategy.

• Grow and lead the roadway practice, mentoring and developing staff.
• Write proposals, scopes of work, and budgets for projected projects.

Requirements

Candidates must have 15+ years of relevant roadway project experience, a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, and a proven record of winning and delivering work locally. They should possess comprehensive knowledge of the full lifecycle of roadway projects, relationships with local agencies, and experience writing proposals, scopes, and budgets.
