Compile records and reports as required, and comply with all relevant Company Procedures and Processes.
Dismantle and record dimensional findings, detailing any fault on the report form.
Assembly of complex pump types in line with the inspection report and work instructions. Assist team to troubleshoot assembly issues.
Repair of components e.g. fitting and pinning wear rings, bushes, pressure testing, dynamic balancing etc.
Reclamation of pump components to enable safe re-use.
Assembly of basic pump types in line with the inspection report and work instructions.

Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of various pump systems
Be able to demonstrate clear and effective communication with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues with pump systems and implement effective solutions.
Strong understanding of mechanical components and the ability to perform hands-on repairs and adjustments.
