Description

• Climb ladders, scaffolds, or poles
• Flashing penetrations as needed to ensure project quality
• Use fingers to grasp, move, or assemblevery smallobjects
• Perform electrical work asinstructed by the crew lead,both independently and under direct supervision
• Strictly follow all Freedom Forever safety regulations and policies
• Determinethe distance between objects
• Use muscles to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects
• Keep or regain the body's balance or stay upright when in an unstable position
• Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
• Use one or two hands to grasp, move, or assemble objects
• Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with Freedom Forever policies, applicable codes (Ex: NFPA-70, IRC, IFC, CA-T24,etc).
• Assemble all roof components in an efficient and safe manner
• Hold the arm and hand in one position or hold the hand steady while moving the arm
• Make quick, precise adjustments to machine controls
• Use stomach and lower back muscles to support the body forlong periodswithout getting tired
• Move two or more limbs together (for example, two arms, two legs, or one leg and one arm) whileremainingin place
• Provideonsite guidance and recommendations to InstallerI’s
• Follow all direction given by senior members of the crew
• Install projects adhering to Freedom Forever plan sets
• Loading and unloadingCompany vehicle with project materials
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Loading and unloading materials to and from the roof/structure being installed on
• Repeat the same movements

Requirements

• All assigned Freedom Forever training modules and documentation must be completed by the designated due date
• Walk or run forlong periodsof time
• Understand the speech of another person
• React quickly using hands, fingers, or feet
• HighSchoolGraduate,GEDor equivalent
• Compliant installation of conduit (EMT, RMC, IMC, LFMC and FMC)
• Ability to communicate with others professionally and concisely
• Kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl
• Lift 50+ pounds
• 6 months to1 year of PV installation experience(Preferred)
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic understanding of building standards and applicable codes
• Stand forlong periodsof time
• Fundamental understanding of all PV products installed by Freedom Forever
