The Case Processing Specialist provides case processing and administrative support to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) under the direction of ICE field office personnel. Responsibilities include processing immigration cases, managing records, preparing documents, and maintaining electronic and paper‑based case files while ensuring compliance with federal privacy laws, data security requirements, and partner policies.
Qualified candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, social or behavioral science, or a related field, and have at least one year of experience in criminal justice, corrections, or a related area. Required skills include strong verbal and written communication, organizational attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; bilingual ability is preferred.
