As Production Manager you will own all production activities and act as the facility’s process expert. You will develop and implement production schedules, conduct daily team meetings to address trends, monitor productivity and analyse data to eliminate inefficiencies, ensure compliance with SOPs and safety protocols, and train and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
We need a leader who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, drives process improvements, and inspires teams to exceed production goals. The ideal candidate has technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage operations, troubleshoot equipment, and lead continuous‑improvement efforts.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred), 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in manufacturing, and a strong background in Lean Manufacturing and process improvement. Experience with computerized maintenance systems, electrical troubleshooting (480 V AC/3/60) and mechanical rigging skills are essential. Bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
