Maintain accurate inventory levels in all locations and participate in inventory reconciliation processes as needed.
Lead continuous improvement processes with multiple functions by ensuring all appropriate departments and individuals are involved in root cause analysis and remediation.

Manage the performance and development of the regional material supervisors.
Develop KPI’s with the Manager of Logistics Services to measure the business.
Improve safety performance in all regions; specifically, 6 warehouses/distribution centers by improving the safety culture and reinforcing all company specific safety programs.

Ability to prepare written reports for intra-department use
Certification in Logistics at an accredited university
Strong Labor Relations skills and previous experience in management of a bargaining unit workforce
