Oversee the process of unit building and component assembly.
Develop and implement procedures for pulling and labeling materials.
Create and maintain packaging standards and labeling to ensure compliance.
Document and improve process flow and workflow through detailed work instructions and process flow diagrams.

Mechanical aptitude and experience in manufacturing.
Understanding of fabrication, including cables and wiring.
Experience with process improvement and manufacturing engineering.
Proficiency in LEAN methodologies such as 8D, 8 Waste, Time Studies, 5S, One Piece Flow, and Kaizen.
Experience with ISO 9001 standards.
Ability to create and document process flow diagrams and work instructions.
