Help implement safety training sessions and toolbox talks for field staff
Support the ongoing monitoring of safety practices and compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company policies

Actively pursuing a degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related field
Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Comfortable working outdoors and visiting active construction sites
Strong verbal and written communication skills
