Substantial and proven experience in multi-site soft services TFM contracts
Relevant industry experience.
Good working knowledge of H&S related to TFM services.
Excellent people communication skills: ability to manage and develop positive relationships with stakeholders.
Full UK Driving licence.
Qualified to ONC/HNC level or equivalent in facilities management, business support services, cleaning, security, catering or other suitable discipline.
Experience in managing change projects within FM environments.
IT literate in CAFM Information Management Systems.
