Requirements

The position is full‑time, remote, with flexible scheduling but requires weekend availability during Eastern Standard Time hours. Candidates must have prior home‑improvement experience in a call‑center setting.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of call‑center experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably a background in multi‑product or home‑improvement inside sales. Experience with Lead Perfection CRM is a plus. Strong phone and communication skills, an energetic and positive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment are essential.
