Provide guidance on environmental compliance, including flora and cultural heritage protection
Respond to BAU safety and health queries from the project team and subcontractors
Deliver subcontractor inductions and drive engagement on safety and environmental standards
Promote internal safety campaigns and uplift SHEQ awareness across the project team
Conduct incident investigations and manage ICAM or similar processes
Liaise with injured employees, internal stakeholders (Supervisors/Injury Mgt team) and external stakeholders (Treating Practitioners) to facilitate workplace-based injury recovery activities as required
Lead day-to-day SHEQ activities across the N2P program across the ACT region
Perform field-based assurance activities, including audits and inspections
