Create, update, and maintain daily work schedules for installation crews.
Pull schedules and job details from client portals.
Pull purchase orders and verify job-related documentation.
Work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and support daily operations.
Maintain organized digital and physical records.
Enter job details accurately into company systems.
Create job tickets and distribute them to the appropriate teams.
Provide status updates to clients, internal staff, and suppliers.
Ensure all schedule changes are communicated promptly to field teams.
Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
Learn service areas and job site locations to improve scheduling efficiency.
Assist with resolving warranty concerns and coordinating follow-up visits when needed.

Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, or office administration preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Frequent communication with crews, clients, and management.
Fast-paced office setting within a construction/insulation company.
