Production Assembler I - Specials

Overview

Assemble windows/doors, operate equipment, inspect quality, and package units.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-🧼 Maintain a clean and organized work area -📦 Package, wrap, and stack completed units for shipment -🔧 Use pneumatic hand tools for assembly and fabrication -🪟 Assemble and install insulated glass panels into sash and/or frame -📄 Read and interpret production orders (material type, size, color) -🦺 Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE -🛠️ Install and attach hardware -✂️ Operate chop saws and industrial fabrication equipment (saws, punches, drills, routers) -💡 Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities -👀 Inspect work-in-process and finished units for quality compliance -🧠Skill Building– Learn new tools, techniques, and processes every day
