Efficiently work with outside counsel as necessary within budget and/or timing constraints.
Maintain knowledge of the laws and regulations governing NRG’s C&I business.

Great leadership skills and strong desire to help grow and manage the team’s paralegals.
A minimum of five (5) years of combined successful legal experience in a law firm or sophisticated corporate legal department
Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly to assist a non-legal audience in understanding complex legal and regulatory requirements
