Tasks

-Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks -Promote and reinforce a positive safety culture across site teams and subcontractors -Assist with on-site safety inspections, audits, and compliance monitoring -Assist with incident reporting and investigations -Support the implementation and maintenance of HSEQ systems and procedures -Provide day-to-day support to the Senior Safety Advisor and Site Management team

What You Bring

-Immediate or short-notice availability highly desirable -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -1–3 years' experience in a WHS or Safety Advisor role (construction preferred) -Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (essential)
