What you would be doing

  • Maintain and update accurate client records in the CRM system.
  • Actively manage a pipeline of 15-20 accounts while prospecting for new business.
  • Own a portfolio of existing accounts and work to maintain and grow those relationships.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into new clients by effectively communicating A-Tech’s service offerings.
  • Develop and manage outreach campaigns (cold calls, emails, trade shows).
  • Identify and target potential clients in key industries (e.g., construction, healthcare).
  • Provide ongoing support and ensure projects are delivered according to client specifications.
  • Achieve or exceed annual revenue targets, with a goal of $750,000 in sales or more.
  • Collaborate with senior sales team members to close deals and finalize contracts.
  • Report regularly on sales performance and forecast future revenue.
  • Work with Project Managers and internal teams to ensure a seamless service delivery.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information in an accessible way.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, Nutshell, or similar).
  • 3-5 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in environmental consulting.
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnight trips as needed.
  • 1st yr range 85k-150k+, 2nd yr range and after 125k-250k++
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • A working knowledge of environmental services, or a willingness to quickly learn A-Tech’s offerings.
