Perform the operation according to engineering specifications and quality standards examining finished parts to ensure conformance to specifications.
Maintain the flow and quality of parts produced continuously performing improvement analysis
Verify that physical parts serial numbers match with the serial numbers on the router and open work instructions to ensure proper process, tools, and methods will be used.
Assist on tooling setups and changeovers.
Sign router after operation completion. Paperwork and on the computer (Mercury) and move processed parts to the next area.

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
Proficiency in the English language (reading, writing, speaking).
Mechanical aptitude and able to stand during working hours for long periods of time.
Previous experience in semiautomatic equipment, manufacturing or programming is a plus.
This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
Evidence of a completed High School or GED is required.
