- Maintain maintenance and daily logs of equipment; and
- Complete tenant service calls such as changing lights, heating/cooling calls etc. in a professional manner
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and life safety systems and facilities
- Communicate with Operations Supervisor/Property Management on building and tenant issues
- Oversee contractors and ensure they abide by building guidelines
- Contact Suppliers, obtain quotes, order materials/ Supplies
- Oversee the appearance and safety of the property
- Operate Building Automation, Life safety, Company procurement programs and Security computer systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions/recommendations
- Move and lift heavy equipment and supplies

- Your computer and communications skills are above par.
- You completed/ enrolled in your Operator Class 5 I Certificate and working towards your 4th class certification;
- Valid driver’s license.
- You are familiar with safety and fire codes and WHMIS procedures;
- You are proactive in finding problems and solving them;
- Able to work in confined spaces
- 5 years of experience in Building Operations;
- Bending, twisting, crouching, climbing and reaching
- You’ve gained your experience in a commercial/office/retail environment;
