Perform team building for effective internal information transfer
Lead the drafting, reviews, and approvals of team-specific documentation
Oversee non-GMP and GMP runs
Create scopes of work for new client requests with alignment from the client
Lead the technology transfer of the process (MSAT Ops) and the methods (MSAT Analytics)
Lead phase-appropriate activities for the client
Serve as a subject matter expert for the client’s product during manufacturing operations
Lead data trending and communicate trends cross-functionally
Serve as an established technical point of contact

Demonstrate the ability to align with functions
Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and related environments
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects in a client service environment to specific timelines and budgets
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in delivering technical projects in cell therapy or related industry
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in relevant life science or engineering discipline
