The Continuous Improvement Analyst supports operational excellence across the Industrial Powertrain Solutions (IPS) Commercial, Sales, and Marketing functions. This role focuses on identifying performance gaps, analyzing data, and executing Lean‑based improvement initiatives. The analyst works closely with cross‑functional teams to drive measurable outcomes, enhance processes, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
Core responsibilities include conducting root‑cause analysis and data‑driven assessments, supporting Kaizen events, CI workshops, and Lean training, and developing and maintaining Standard Work documentation. The analyst applies PDCA methodology to implement sustainable solutions, monitors CI metrics and KPIs, and reports on performance trends. Collaboration on CI projects involves building dashboards, visualizing data, documenting outcomes, and assisting with risk identification and mitigation.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, and preferably 5‑7 years of experience in continuous improvement, business analysis, or process optimization. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required, with Black Belt considered a plus, and certifications in data analytics or visualization tools such as Power BI or Snowflake are preferred. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and familiarity with Lean, PDCA, and CI methodologies.

They should be curious, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. This role is based in Milwaukee, WI (111 W Michigan St) with a hybrid work model and approximately 10 % travel.
