That is where you come in. As Senior People Experience Manager you will lead and elevate our employee experience across the entire journey, from onboarding to alumni. This role is both strategic and hands‑on, shaping how our people connect, engage and thrive to build a high‑performing culture. You’ll drive initiatives that enhance engagement, foster belonging, lead DEIB and ESG programs, and build a workplace experience that reflects our culture and values. As a culture catalyst you’ll design meaningful work experiences, human‑focused communication, and programs that ensure every employee feels seen, supported and inspired.
Reporting Line: Reports to the Head of People Operations. Office Attendance: Minimum two days a week in the office, plus additional attendance as required for team days, office events or other engagement activities.
