

Owns and operates self‑storage facilities offering rental units for personal, business and vehicle storage.
Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. They assess customers’ storage needs, suggest options, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include inspecting storage units for inventory and availability, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and conducting payment reminder and collection calls.
Physical requirements include lifting or moving items up to 35 lb, walking around facilities and spending up to 50 % of the shift outdoors, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. The role also involves routine cleaning, sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal.
Candidates should have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or fast‑food. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required for traveling between sites, with mileage reimbursement provided.
