You will lead engineering components of complex dam projects, provide technical and strategic direction, guide and mentor engineers, lead design teams from options analysis to detailed design, and build lasting client relationships.
- Lead and manage engineering components of complex, major dam projects, providing technical and strategic direction.
- Guide and mentor a growing team of engineers to deliver high‑quality outputs and exceptional client service.
- Lead design teams through options analysis to detailed dam design.
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct feasibility studies, design, construction and asset management for water infrastructure.
- Collaborate with national and international specialists to create sustainable water solutions.
- Foster relationship building with clients, industry groups and local communities.

The role requires proven experience delivering dam projects, strong technical capability, a relevant tertiary degree, excellent written and verbal communication, and a passion for mentoring and relationship building. Candidates who do not meet every criterion are still encouraged to apply.
