Support project closeout efforts including punch lists, final inspections, and record drawings.
Communicate field observations and issues clearly to the design team and airport staff.
Verify quality control measures, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.
Assist with materials testing coordination and tracking.
Prepare daily reports, field notes, photo documentation, and quantity tracking for contractor work.
Review contractor pay applications, submittals, and Requests for Information (RFIs).
Act as the primary on-site representative for TBE during the construction phase of assigned projects.
Monitor and document daily construction activities to ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate and participate in construction meetings with airport staff, contractors, and project designers.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field and 1yearof civil engineering, construction, or inspection experience.
Associate degree in engineering or construction-related field and 2+ years of relevant experience OR
3+years of field inspection experience involving construction contracts OR

Proficiency in interpreting engineering plans, specifications, and construction documents.
Must be capable of effective oral and written communication; work in a team-oriented manner, and possess analytical and organizational skills.
