Conduct code and zoning research; help ensure ADA and life safety compliance.
Coordinate with in-house interiors team where applicable on holistic architectural packages.
Research materials, products, and assemblies to support design detailing.
Engage in studio culture through design discussions, mentoring, and technical learning.
Contribute to concept development, façade studies, and building form exploration for new and existing building projects.
Collaborate on thoughtful architecture at a variety of scales and typologies.
Support design and technical documentation in Revit across schematic design, design development, and construction document phases.
Participate in internal design charrettes, coordination meetings, and client-facing presentations.
Maintain and organize design documentation, drawing sets, and project files.
Assist with consultant coordination (structural, MEP, envelope, code) and integration of systems into architectural designs.
Participate in construction administration tasks such as submittal review, RFI responses, and site observations.

Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods.

Strong knowledge of QA/QC process.

US Registered Architect required. LEED accreditation or knowledge of sustainable design practices desired.
Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Proficiency in Revit (required); experience with Rhino, Enscape, AutoCAD, 3D Modeling Software, and Adobe Creative Suite.
5–10 years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation.
Clear communication skills and ability to present design ideas graphically and verbally.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and project management tools (Newforma or Procore preferred).
