Description

• Prepare project schedules, workflows, and resource plans to optimize team efficiency.
• Lead project coordination meetings, progress reviews, and technical discussions.
• Understand and apply building codes, standards, and compliance frameworks for international regions.
• Mentor and guide BIM Architects, BIM Engineers, and QC team members.
• Guide teams on Revit modeling best practices, clash detection, and BIM coordination.
• Assign project tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery aligned with project timelines.
• Ensure adherence to international standards, deliverables, and documentation requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for international clients.
• Lead, plan, and manage BIM project execution from initiation to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
• Ensure consistency and compliance with BIM execution plans, templates, and project guidelines.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
• Ensure deliverables meet required LOD standards (LOD 300–450).
• Implement and refine quality checklists, review processes, and accuracy benchmarks.
• Oversee and execute detailed QA/QC processes for all project deliverables.
• Conduct performance reviews, skill assessments, and training interventions.
• Lead projects involving CAD to BIM, Scan to BIM, construction documentation, and detailed modeling.

Requirements

Tesla Outsourcing Services is seeking an experienced BIM Project Manager to lead, manage, and oversee end-to-end project delivery for international architectural projects. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, exceptional communication capabilities, deep technical expertise in BIM methodologies, and experience working with international building codes and standards, particularly for the US, UK, and Australian markets.

Qualification: B.Arch (Mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 6–10 Years in Architecture and BIM Execution

This role requires a strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple teams, ensure project accuracy and timely delivery, and maintain high client satisfaction.

• Proven background in multi-team handling and cross-functional leadership
• Demonstrated experience working on international architectural projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to handle client-facing responsibilities.
• Prior experience in client-facing project management roles
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong command of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Knowledge of US/UK/Australian building codes and construction documentation standards.
• Experience managing BIM deliverables up to LOD 450
