Engage NAVFAC client leadership to understand upcoming business and teaming opportunities and position AtkinsRéalis for successful capture and delivery.
Assist in strategic planning activities associated with the US Federal program, including the identification of potential teaming partners and transformational projects.
Create and lead robust capture strategies, including the development of capture plans, the formation of pursuit teams (e.g., joint venture partners, subcontractors, lead designers, and consultants), and presentations to senior leadership for pursuit approval.

Leadership to develop, support, and execute the National Federal Navy accounts and growing the company’s entire Federal portfolio. This includes development of strategies to understand and expand current strengths, understanding current Federal relationships and the interface each agency has with other federal agencies. The expectation is to organize that knowledge to establish AtkinsRéalis as a go-to provider for Navy.
Manage client relationships to develop opportunities and confirm successful delivery.
Grow the Navy/NAVFAC portfolio.
Engage AtkinsRéalis regional staff and leadership, national market and practice leads and selective subject matter experts to develop relationships, pursue opportunities, and execute the work.

Experience with and a working knowledge of the SF330 process. Travel is required to manage efforts across the US and at times, internationally.
Degreed Engineer or Architect. Engineering registration is preferred but not required.
Experience in leading a team of highly skilled professionals and internal networking across a large enterprise organization. Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination and managerial skills.
Strong business development skills/relationships with the Federal entities preferably with Navy/NAVFAC. Track record of building and cultivating partnerships with an extensive client network; creating new relationships, while strengthening existing ones.
An entrepreneurial orientation with strong understanding of the business development challenges of a consulting-services provider. Strong leadership skills, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Business acumen/experience personally engaging on key pursuits, including development of strategy, pricing and managing the team.
Knowledge of client organizational structures and procurement processes.
Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience with Federal clients with a focus on Navy/NAVFAC. The ideal candidate will have experience with buildings & infrastructure, environmental consulting, and other advisory services, across a broad range of project types and sizes with diverse public sector clients.
