Reporting to the Director of Design, the Design Coordinator will manage the Airport Improvement Request (AIR) submittal process. Responsibilities include intake of forms, conducting reviews, compiling comments, responding to submittals, coordinating site visits, and facilitating design collaboration. The role also provides project coordination for architectural and civil construction projects as workload permits.
Applicants must hold at least a bachelor’s degree and have 5‑10 years of engineering, architectural, construction, or project‑controls experience. Advanced degrees, a bachelor’s in a related field, or PMP certification are preferred and can strengthen an application.
The position offers an hourly rate ranging from $27.88 to $47.98, with the final offer based on relevant skills and experience.
