- Capability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, overtime, and on-call as needed.
- Regular walking, sitting, and occasional standing during job duties.
- Knowledge of the surrounding area, including intersections and traffic patterns during events.
- Manual dexterity and ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
- Must possess a valid state driver's license.
- Possible exposure to excessive dust, gas, or fumes (motocross, monster trucks, etc.).
- Reliable transportation.
- Exposure to moderate noise levels (crowd/music) and, during events, high noise levels requiring hearing protection.
- Visual acuity, including close vision, distance vision, and focus adjustment.
- Familiarity with local grocery stores, laundromats, department stores, delis, dry cleaning services, farmer's markets, and other specialized/niche stores within 2-3 miles of the Golden 1 Center.
