The Manager – SCM is tasked with overseeing and managing the procurement of store, scrap, and steel items. The role ensures cost efficiency, timely deliverables, and adherence to standard operating procedures and company policies.
Key responsibilities span inventory and store management, supplier and vendor relations, scrap handling, cross‑functional coordination, cost control, and sustainability initiatives. The manager drives accurate inventory tracking, supplier performance evaluation, and environmentally responsible scrap recycling.
- Oversee store operations to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stockouts or excess.
- Implement efficient stock control systems and ensure accurate, timely reporting.

- Source raw materials and steel efficiently, focusing on vendor coordination and new supplier onboarding.

Candidates should have over 12 years of experience in inventory management within the conductor, cable, or metal industry, and hold a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
