

The Project Manager will oversee planning, scheduling, rigging and access coordination, subcontractor management, client communication, and project documentation. You will work onsite daily in a fast-paced, early-start environment while partnering closely with field teams, Estimators, and Project Coordinators. Your technical expertise and leadership will support the company’s continued growth and transition toward more specialized roles within operations.

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with experience in restoration, waterproofing, masonry, or façade repair. This role is strictly project management—no estimating—and plays a critical part in delivering high-quality restoration projects ranging from $250K to $5M+.
