Operator/Trade

Description

• Operate and monitor paint line machinery on rotating 12‑hour shifts.
• Perform equipment inspections, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Conduct plant setups, isolations and support continuous production.
• Provide technical guidance to maintain equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve equipment efficiency.
• Ensure product quality meets customer expectations.

Requirements

• Learn to operate overhead cranes with training.
• Hold mechanical/fitter trade qualifications and be comfortable working at heights.
• Prioritise work and resolve problems efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
