Irrigation Technician
Hillwood
Hillwood develops and manages real estate investments with a focus on industrial and commercial properties.
Maintain, repair, and install irrigation systems for Hillwood properties.
Inspect completed work to ensure conformance to specifications, standards, and contract requirements.
Inventory supplies of tools, equipment, and materials to ensure that sufficient supplies are available and items are in usable and safe working condition.
Coordinates repairs with the Manager based on the needs of Alliance Landscape customers.
Ensures spring turn-on and winterization of irrigation systems.
Monitors the irrigation system in terms of maintenance programs.
Ensures the required tools and materials are available for projects including necessary inventory.
Manages and installs irrigation systems when necessary.
Provide workers with assistance in performing duties as necessary to meet deadlines.
Ensures a secure and safe environment for site inspections.
Completes various repairs and troubleshooting throughout the year.
Move briskly through uneven ground utilizing application tools.
Coordinate work activities with those of other departments.
Complete daily paperwork: timesheets, work orders, and material tracking.
