Proposal Coordinator

Description

• Coordinating with subconsultants
• Writing and/or researching non-technical portions of proposals
• Preparing and tracking schedules
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of CRM (Vantagepoint), including opportunity and proposal database
• Prepare interview presentation materials (i.e., PowerPoint, boards, etc.) and work with staff to strategize, rehearse and present to clients
• Assisting with theme development
• Maintain subconsultant and proposal files
• Coordinates the proposal production efforts including:
• Create marketing collateral, working with project managers and staff to finalize and keep up to date
• Maintain internal qualifications and resume library for technical staff
• Lead weekly marketing/business development meetings
• Preparing RFP breakdowns and outlines
• Coordinating contract reviews

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign (required), Illustrator and Photoshop (strongly preferred)
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business Management, Marketing or Communications strongly preferred
• Knowledge of the engineering/construction industry a plus
• Ability to multi-task and is comfortable working in a fast, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Deltek/Vantagepoint CRM software strongly preferred
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
