• Present properties and amenities to prospective tenants.
• Assist landlords in navigating the market and negotiate leasing terms.
• Advertise available properties using various media and promotional materials.
• Determine prospect customers' needs, standards, and economic viability.
• Stay knowledgeable of property market status and provide comprehensive property information.
• Handle all transactions and ensure paperwork is properly completed.
• Build relationships with landlords and tenants across industries for future deals.
• Calculate percentages, discounts, commissions and interpret complex documents.
• Use professional judgment in line with company policies and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) and a valid state real estate license.
• Demonstrate strong collaboration, written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess strong organizational, analytical, and advanced financial analysis abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (intermediate to advanced).
• Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and hold a valid driver’s license.
